RE: New Year Resolutions
I gave up making resolutions years ago because I never kept them, so I wish you, Zonk, the very best of luck.
And a happy new year to you and yours too!

Sleep Tight...

RE: New Year Resolutions
Hey zonk,
Good luck to you. I will say, don't make too many changes all at once because it can tend to set you up for failure; but, if this is really what you want to do, I wish you good luck and happy new year to you and your family.
I too, gave up on making new year's resolutions because I never kept them.

RE: New Year Resolutions
I only make one New Years Resolution every year and have had no problem keeping it. My Resolution is not to make any New Years Resolutions. Too-funny

RE: New Year Resolutions
This year my goal is to lose weight and get to my goal weight of 8 stone. I have around 5 1/2 stone to lose. My goal is to lose about 1.5lbs each week it will take me 52 weeks to get to the weight I want but I am happy with that.

Good luck to you Zunk with yours.

Eat less, move more.

Spend more time being happy, less time worrying.

Focus more on relationships with other people, even strangers, less on me.
