i'm new myself, but was lucky enough to try a dreamwear nasal pillow mask and a P10 for a few weeks before buying.
i opted for dreamwear.
it allows me sleep in almost any position because of its design, even on my stomach, without any special pillows.
i find that if i sleep on one side the air comes down the other side of the mask, and with the tube coming from the top of my head, i can move around pretty easily.

having said that, my mate tried a DW and didn't like it, said it was too noisy.
i thought the P10 was too noisy.
