Gee, that was some depressing reading for me...
*I* am not a DOCTOR or any type of Health Care Professional.  My thoughts/suggestions/ideas are strictly only my opinions.

I reread this post - I was referring to googling "chondromalacia exercises" - I feel for the OP, and pray he will get past this quickly.
