Ahhh, the madness is catching... "We are not alone....." What's that? The voices are telling me we are not alone. But that one guy keeps saying we are alone. I think all these other voices need to whack him.

I think sometimes breathing difficulties might be caused by inflammation and so on. I had a small surgical procedure performed on my nose today (a bit of skin was attaching the inner part of my right nostril to the septum), so I'm hoping that will improve my breathing. I knew something weird was happening, but didn't know if it was polyps or something similar (I had a turbinectomy in 2008, and several polyps were removed at the same time). If you're really having problems, see an ear, nose and throat specialist.

Well, mate, I know to a certainty, in my case, that my OSA is caused by the classic collapse of my upper airway during sleep. WOW - I bet that turbinectomy hurt for a while. I'm picturing a Roto-Rooter up the nostril.
