It was my first time too to use the CPAP and it took me more than 2 hours to sleep. I am using full face mask and it kept leaking from all sides all night. in the morning I woke up with sever headache instead of being relaxed as I was told.
looking forward for your advices.
Sleep-well

It's possible to sleep well on your first night and wake up rested and relaxed, but that would be very unusual. It will more likely take some time (weeks or even months) to find a mask that works for you, get it adjusted properly so it doesn't leak and is reasonably comfortable, let your body and brain become acclimated to sleeping with a CPAP, etc. Be patient with yourself and the CPAP -- it will get better.
