New to CPAP, how does this look?
Greetings,
I come from a family with a history of obstructive sleep apnea and finally my wife convinced me to see a doctor about it. After an at home study, I was diagnosed with mild to moderate obstructive apnea and written a prescription for a CPAP machine. This has happened right on the heels of finding out about some AFIB issues my heart is having and so I am very interested in successfully treating my apnea, at least as well as it can be.
I started out with a nasal pillow mask, the ResMed P10, but after a couple of nights, I was getting some irritation on my nose, and I switched to a ResMed N20. I don't think I slept as well when I wore that mask.
I've attached the graphs from my sessions so for. The most recent one is with the N20. I'd appreciate any input on how I might improve my treatment.
Thanks!
Here is last night.
