This looks very good. The median EPAP pressure was 6.0 and varied in a small range, so this was lower than I anticipated. Flow limitation is negligible, and hypopnea is fully resolved. There are a few clusters of CA, and it appears the PS at 3 is easily tolerated, and effective. I thnk it would be a good idea to stay at these settings for now. The only area for improvement is some leaks, but you still got effective therapy.
