New to CPAP, wondering how well it's going

RE: New to CPAP, wondering how well it's going
Due to the cash outlay, all insurance companies, that I am aware of, only care about a minimum usage of 4 hours daily and nothing else. What you were told seems more like a scare tactic than anything else. I would ask to see that rule.

Most adults need at least 7 cm to avoid the air starved feeling. The minimum pressure your CPAP will provide is 4 cm. An EPR of 1 would not take effect until your pressure reached 5 cm.

Good luck!
