New to OSCAR, help analysis?
Hello friends,

I've taken a home sleep study and was told that I have OSA, with an AHI of 12.5. I bought an APAP (Philips Respironics REMstar Auto, System One 60 Series) with a Resmed F20 full face mask and have been trying to find the right settings to get my AHI <5 for the past 2-3 weeks.

I've attached screenshots (two zoomed-in) from my latest night.

I have some specific questions:
  1. It seems like most flagged events occurred after brief spikes in flow rates. Are these signs of false positives?
  2. I've tossed and turned a lot (restless sleep), but not from mask leaks. Could adjusting the APAP settings help me sleep more peacefully (ex: pressure/A-flex)?
  3. What range of pressure would be optimum for me? Is a narrow pressure range good? Why?
  4. I see lots of flagged "RERAs", what should I do to minimize them?
I'm more than happy to receive any analysis or feedback, and any actionable advice to lower my AHI.

Thanks, much appreciated! Smile
