RE: New to apnea board
Welcome to the forum.
Please read the organize link in my signature for your NEXT attachment. Your hypopneas look slightly clustered indicating a possible chin tucking issue. This is a fairly common problem. The fix is a soft cervical collar (see the link I'm my signature) or possible pillow modification, think thinner, flatter, less firm, one vs. two pillows. Your Flow limits are out of sight, we like to see 0,10 or less in the 95% stats. Two changes 1. Increase your Min Pressure to 8 2. Start EPR at EPR = 3 Fulltime. This treats hypopnea, Flow Limits, RERAs, and UARS It will make a difference both in comfort and therapeutically. Also post redacted copies of your sleep tests.

Gideon beat me to it. You are going to be amazed what a difference EPR full time at 3 will make. You have a covert bilevel, and we are going to enable its full capabilities.

RE: New to apnea board
Thank you will try. I was suggested to turn off EPR = 3 I did last night. I also wore a chin strap last night. I will try it with it off tonight (no chin strap) and EPR = 3 turned back on. I'll work on increasing the pressure to 8 as I'm not sure how to. But will research it. I will also request redacted copies of sleep tests from my Dr because I did not get any. Really looking forward to feeling better because it been rough finally figured I need some help. Dr been not much help. Thank you again to all the responders.

RE: New to apnea board
How do you turn off what was never on? Your charts show variable 6-20 pressure with no EPR.
