In your previous graph, I did not see CA events.  If that is what caused the increase in events with the higher EPR, then all I can say is it was not anticipated  by the previous results, and you will probably need to back off EPR.  Sometimes theory doesn't work so well when applied to people. Interesting, results that your went to 13+ AHI simply by changing EPR by 1.

My guess is you are going to finish on 13 or 14min and 18max, It's a matter of how you raise the pressure and I'll leave that to others

In your chart, per the directions in my signature for arranging your data, I would remove the pie chart and also replace the mask pressure graph with the flow limit graph.

My own inclination would be for you to bump up your maximum to 18 as ajack suggested and perhaps up your minimum as well to 14. I would also remove EPR based on what happened in your current results. But perhaps another day or two of further data may not be a bad idea to see if your centrals settle down...

My recommendation would be to wait for Sleeprider to comment since there may be something more complex going on that I can't put my finger on and I may be off base with my thoughts on this.

I see now you had 13 events total (less than 2 AHI). I misunderstood your previous comments.

I don't know that increasing pressure is going to be all that helpful. Your pressure is being driven by flow limitations, and you seem to have more apnea with increased pressure. I think it might be better to just observe results at your current settings for a while.
