New to the board and CPAP

RE: New to the board and CPAP
Thanks for the advice, Deepbreathing and Ajack.

Ajack, I'm actually a 'she' and too young for grandkids. I think getting used to sleepyhead and how it presents data is more than a two day thing. I'm also a bit in shock from the diagnosis and learning as much as I can about this. I also couldn't work out how to turn the flags back on but will go away and read up and figure it out.

So I will exercise some patience with settling into this and once I have my own machine and can play around a bit with the settings I'll do so.

I will say that last night's sleep was the deepest I have had in a long time.

Down in the bottom left of the charts area there is the word "Flags" with a drop-down menu. From the menu, make sure that the flags you want are green, not red. Generally you should have LL, CA, UA, OA, and H turned on.

Quirkysleeper - I'm also a female, and far too young for grandkids. Welcome! Good for you for embracing this despite the shock. I was in quite denial, but I'm so glad I gave it all a chance because my life is now greatly improved thanks to xPAP.

P.S. I don't understand Sleepyhead data very much. But it's worth having and using, as it sure says a heck of a lot more than the screen on my machine!
