New to the forum
Good day

I'm new to the forum and new to CPAP therapy and wanted to thank all of you for willingly giving your time and advice/insight. I typically find forums invaluable in this regard and so far believe this one to be no different. I look forward to much reading and much learning in the coming weeks/months/years.

Again, thank you all, administrators and contributers alike. Thanks

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Thank you for the warm welcome. Alexa my pressure is 6 rright now, but I'm new to treatment and that's what they started me at. I expect it to be raised slightly Monday when I bring my data in. II'm happy so far tho, my AHI was 41 and my machine says last night was 10 so progress is being made. Smile
