As long as you are comfortable, I don't see any reason to change the pressure. You could turn off the ramp as you likely no longer need it.

Your insurance should cover a new mask every 90 days at a nominal cost to you, so I recommend you experiment with different ones until you find something that's comfortable and doesn't leak.

Insurance?

They have such a thing?

/s

My insurance was canceled about 22 days after they got done paying for the REMstar. Told you it was a long sordid tale. Wink

I will be paying out of pocket.

As far as I know the ramp is programed in but I don't believe it is turned on. I will double check when I get home.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I appreciate it.

Quick question, since I have data going back to 2011, how to I get sleepy head to ring that up on the daily? Just select the day?

Your events are predominately obstructive, and the most disruptive problem is likely the RERA; however the therapy efficacy is acceptable (depend on how you feel). It appears you are using ramp with a minimum pressure of 7.0 and the machine then reaches a CPAP therapy pressure of 13. You might try increasing the pressure by 0.5 and seeing if that improves the results.

Once we are able to view some charts, we should see the distribution of these events during the night and see if they are spread out or clustered. Those patterns tell us more about sleep stage and positional issues that may be a problem for you. If events are clustered, an APAP might be a better approach for your next machine, to allow you to remain at comfortable pressures most of the time, with pressure increases as needed. It's clear that if you were using APAP, your pressure would increase in response to flow limitations and other obstructive precursors.
