You would slowly increase PS. BUT, this should be based on your symptom relief much more than numbers. Your NUMBERS are awesome. Do not make a change for the purpose of making a change.

My numbers generally always look good but remember, I was using a cpap not Bipap for the last three years. Should I just leave everything where it is and see if my symptoms of short term memory loss and daily fatigue slowly improve?

make a change of .5 PS (or something close) and determine if setting 1 or setting 2 makes you feel better.

So I will leave Epap where it is and make PS 0.5 greater, which effectively just increases IPAP?
