Hi peoples everything seems to be progressing along quite well going to put some graphs up in a couple of day's.
My AHI seems to be sitting around 1.1 to 1.5 for the last 4 days I am happy with that even the sleep tech was quite blown away with how quickly I have adapted.
I put it down to the Dreamwear Nasel pillow to be honest it don't really notice it that much.
Just wondering what graphs are best to put up for people to check out and do I just add them to the thread?
