RE: Newbie?
Dear Bonjour Hi, by "  I looking at normal flow not a trouble flow." I don't get what you mean. Either you want a 2 minute normal flow or a 2 minute containing an event? Below is having flow rate enlarged or whatever and a 2 minute flow rate containing an event and a normal portion of the same day. After that day, I think I'm having a mild cold because I have stuffy nose and I feel my kidney is a bit more active plus no fever. Also from 16th as I turned off ramp, my AHI went up to 6.84 on 16th and 4.52 on 17th. I think they reflect my nose blockage, what do you think? Besides from having to wake up once or twice to have a leak, I don't feel any worse than before 15th. I think I slept normally and/or good. I don't feel tired or otherwise sleepy. I'm good.

As an afterthought, Bipapers what is your choice decongestant? Normal saline irrigation solution or i.e. Otrivine with moisturizer or anything else for that matter? To tell you the truth I use normal saline solution in my nose most of the nights but not all nights and I use Otrivine when and only if I catch colds. Your experience is greatly appreciated.

During allergy seasons, I use flucasone propionate to relieve congestion from nasal inflammation. This can be used long-term without developing tolerance or rebound.

RE: Newbie?
I would really like to see overnight oximetry results along with OSCAR.
In your 4 minute views (2 minutes are much clearer) I see inverted V inspiration and V Expiration,  This is similar to panting, that and your still fast breathing pattern.  Normal breathing typ[ically has much more rounded tops and bottoms.  This could be effects of the OBS you mentioned.

RE: Newbie?
Black Sheep, three things for you to do for Bonjour:

1. Change the y-axis for your flow rate. Right-click on the left side of the flow-rate graph, where the graph label is. Select Y Axis, then Over-ride, and then enter the values +60 and -60.

2. Zoom in tighter so that there are just two minutes showing.

3. Wear your contec oximeter for a night or ttwo and display the data in Oscar. Use the Oximetry Wizard to do this.

I'll throw in a fourth thing:

4. Create a dotted line to show zero in your flow rate graphs. Again right-click on the graph label, select Dotted Lines, and check zero.

Hey, last night I slept with my oximeter taped to my index finger. These are the charts:

What do you make of my nap charts? Are they a cause for real concern?( I'm afraid your answer will be positive!?)
