Welp looks like it's working so far with the nasal mask, i have an airfit p10 coming soon which should fit better than this nuance.

If it were me I'd bump the minimum pressure up to 13cm and see if you can get rid of the snores and events.

Wierd, periodic breathing showed up on this one, I'm guessing i need alot more data to get some kind of normalized view of AHI.  I tried 13 on this night. How accurate are these machines? Do they falter from time to time? This was a new mask p10 airfit btw.

I wouldn't worry about the PB. Looking at your chart I'm not sure why it even reported it. I'd increase your minimum 1cm more and than give it a couple of days.
