Newbie just got a Resmed P10 and has questions
I just got my cpap a few weeks ago and was originally given a Mirage FX mask. I have a mustache and glasses so asked them to send me a P10 pillow mask. I just received it and it looks and feels great - the only problem I think I am going to have is the tubing from the cpap is really loud where it connects to the short tube that comes with the P10. Am I doing something wrong? The long tube that comes out of the cpap humidifier side snapped into the Mirage FX mask. The P10 has a really short tube that when i connect it to that long tube it doesn't snap - there is nothing on the P10's tube to snap so it leaks air there and is really noisy. Do I need to get a new tube? When I googled I read that it is a universal tube and should connect to any resmed tube. Thanks for your help!

I figured it out - removed the elbow from the tube - thought it wasn't removable.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
