Newbie needing a little reading S9 SD Card
Hallo and a Happy new Year !!

I'm proudly user of a S9 autoset since one week !!
Now I will see the Data but when I put my ResMed SD-Card into my Notebook there is no DATA on it ?

It will be recogniced but Window7 will format it.

Who can help ? Do I need an especially Card-Reader ?

It is possible to format/write the SD-Card new in the S9 ?

you don,t need any special card reader ... laptop card reader slot is Ok
you need to download either of the software ... Resscan or SlepyHead
here is the link for both ... you have to be logged in

I had trouble reading my sd card using the slot on my laptop. I bought a cheap USB card reader and everything is good. I can't explain why my laptopreader will notread the resmed card. Sleep-well

I agree......purchase a cheap USB sd card reader and us that. Make sure the little slider on the side of the card is NOT in the lock position.

Yep, you can get a cheap USB SD card reader for around $15 or sometimes less. Got mine at Amazon.

Picture for reference on the SD card slider-lock:

If the S9 needs to it will probably format it.
However, you can use your computer as well.
I just checked my SD card. It is in FAT32 format - you can try to format that on your PC - then your S9 should spill its guts to your card.

Thanks for the suggestions Thanks

IdeaIdea I fix the problem with SD-Cards IdeaIdea

-> There are three kinds of SD-Cards SD / SDHC / SDXC !!
Probably the ResMed Card is Typ SDHC / SDXC
Older SD-Reader (only SD) recognize a Card, but not the content.
With a newer Cardreader there is no problem

Hi midi, welcome to the forum!

As far as I know, many or most ResMed SD cards are the old standard 1GB cards. But newer machines running newer software (released in 2012) may be able to use newer SD cards.

Take care,
