Clear airway pulses

Clear airway pulses
Hello,
I have a resmed airsence 11 with dreamware nasel pillow.
My AHI tested was 37.
I did have central apnea 30 % of the time when tested.
ResMed airsence 11 auto pap treated to under 2 AHI
I'm a shallow breather.

I was half awake laying on my left side of my head so the dreamware air tube was across my left temple. I could feel about 1 sec air pulses in the tube across my temple. It would do it for about 30 seconds  then stop and start again little later same cycle.
Is this the clear airway air puffs?
If so should I be concerned?

RE: Clear airway pulses
Jessher, if the pulses are there or if they mean anything, they will show up on OSCAR software. We are all aware that the Resmed apnea detection algorithm uses "forced oscillation technique" (FOT) to test the airway as open or obstructed during breathing pauses. These pulses can be visualized in Oscar. You are apparently not experiencing a high AHI with the therapy, so that seems fine. There be much more to see and understand by looking at the detailed data and charts. Recommend you download and install OSCAR.

RE: Clear airway pulses
So went down loaded oscar, picked up a sd card reader, found the SD slot in RM AS11 no card. Bought a 16gb SD card down loaded RM AS11 data. Would only give me overview info. Read some threads here, was suggested to go into clinician then select Plus on RM AS11. Have no options for clinician.
Is it possible they are only allowing me overview info?

RE: Clear airway pulses
The card has to be in the CPAP when it used for anything other than summary data. The Plus" setting was probably talking about an AS10 and not the 11.

Also, just to make sure; Is your AS11 is labeled "Autoset"?
