Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Yes, but they have to be less than 200K...so each time it means having to reduce the size. Easier to upload to photobucket and post an image from there. Anyway, this is my 8th post, so I should be good to go!

Another method of posting full-size shots is to follow this tutorial on using Imjur. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...pnea_Board

The idea is to use the large thumbnail in posts, that goes to full-size with a click.
