Yes, you had two recommendations to move to 11, but I’m alright with 10 too. Either way, staying where you are isn’t optimal treatment.

I blew it yesterday, I was so caught up in the number 5 (Your AHI is under) I said to raise to 7 thinking you were starting at 5. I'm bad, I should have said raise it to 9 (from 8) figuring to go to 9.5 or 10 as a next step.

Newbie, also. I'm looking for a pillow for back sleepers, I have a 12" wedge I bought that before I had machine someone told me it stoped there snoring, didn't work for me. I tried bamboo last night no good. Went to my Dr. complain of taking naps during day still snoring, Dr. said that not possible, she also wanted to put on Ritalin( small dose)no thanks. I also monitor sleep with Beddit and Fitbit HR, when I look at those its like a mountain. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I've machine since May 15th on my 2nd mask. Maybe I'll do better when I log in again. Thanks

You can download sleepyhead software on the link below and than post a chart here for input on your settings. Your Doctor is wrong about the snoring. If your minimum pressure isn't set high enough than you can snore a lot! Welcome to Apnea board.

Fred, you would be better to start a new thread with a description of your concerns, how your machine is setup, and if possible some SleepyHead screen shots.

Fred, you may want to post the details of what type of Mac you have, and the problem you are having with downloading SleepyHead in the software section of this forum.
