RE: Newby question re mild sleep apnea
I started with mild sleep apnea- AHI of 5. Barely qualified for a CPAP. My daytime sleepiness so so bad- could not driive, fell asleep eating breakfast, fell asleep anytime, anywhere I jumped at the chance for CPAP.

My apnea has changed over the years 4+ so now I use an ASV machine.
Please safeguard your health now and for the future.
