Newish User of Breathing Machine
Finally went to the sleep center at my other halfs behest due to my snoring and periods of not breathing. I had been told starting at least in HS my snoring was atrocious, would get worse after a night of partying. Personally never felt overly tired during the day, never been a morning person, etc. First in lab sleep study in May, AHI of 26.9, central apenas (mainly when on my back), went back in October and hooked up to a machine, slept like crap I thought but AHI down to 2.6. Got a ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV in November, set for ASVAuto, Min EPAP 8.0, Max EPAP 15.0, Min PS 0, Max PS 12.0 with a ResMed N20 mask. Since that time, data extracted via Oscar show .56 AHI and average hours per night of 6:22.

Personally overall I don't feel much different, perhaps if anything I'm even more of a night owl than I used to be. I'm still crawling through posts here but figured I throw up a post myself, I'm curious if there is anything I should consider to change settings wise. My last appointment with my sleep doc was basically "Yup, it's working, stats look good, keep using it".
