Way to go Meredith! I take my SD card to my appointment. If you are a long way to your doctor, then mailing might be ok. HOWEVER, since insurance is not paying for you machine, just bring your SD card with you. Find out what data he actually looks at. If it is just compliance, ask if you can just print out that info next time from Sleepyhead and mail it to him (bring him an example report and graphic that shows compliance and AHI. So many doctors only care about that info.
