Newly diagnosed and need help for a good start

RE: Newly diagnosed and need help for a good start
Good Day to All !i!

After a break on Thursday night , Friday night was my best !!! i adjusted my mask to be a little tighter to prevent leak at high pressure, adjust the starting minimum at 8cm and got a other pillow (a thicker one) to help me sleep on the side...

WOW !i!i!i Just wow... did not felted the pressure as much as before, not to said almost not at all !i! it was extremely comfortable and i think that i woke up 2 time to change Pillow as i shifted from the side to my back for a small period of time.

I might have to rise the max limit as i see that the machine was on the max for a period of time... let see what the expert will suggest.

I'd bump the minimum pressure up to 10cm and the maximum pressure up to 17cm. Keep an eye on your CA's and if they start increasing drop your maximum back to 16cm. Your body may need more time to adjust if the CA's increase at 17cm.

It looks like I'm going to right way... numbers look good to me... might have to bump up the max pressure to 18cm...

Any thoughts...

I'd leave the maximum pressure alone and raise the minimum pressure. If you raise the minimum pressure your more likely not going to need to go any higher on the maximum.

Good !i!  I’ll bump the minimum to 10cm tonight.

It’s incredible difference once you get used to the machine, in the beginning I felt the pressure was way too high and now,  I look at the reading of the machine that says 16 cm and I feel like it’s not even 10 !i!

Thanks again !!

I'm thinking 11 on minimum, but otherwise agree we're seeing good progress.

I bumb the min pressure to 10 the last 2 night and it got worst.... so i turn it back down for tonight and i sleep like a baby !i!

Now the only thing is that i found that my max pressure is most of the time to the roof... should I raise the max pressure to 18 ??

No I wouldn't raise the maximum pressure. In fact I'd probably reduce it to about 15cm. I believe flow limitations are driving the pressure too high. To get rid of the obstructive events your going to need to keep the minimum pressure higher. I would go back up to 11cm as Sleeprider mentioned.

I think if you bump it up to 12cm and keep the maximum pressure at 15cm you should see those snores go away.
