Great to see the very useful info. in the Wiki - however I have a suggestion to make the information more helpful.
The Wiki page 'Dealing with Insurance and Medicare' provides a lot of information but gives no indication in which country these conditions apply. Is it USA? There should be contextual information included if advice relates only to a particular jurisdiction.
This is not offered as a criticism, but rather as a suggestion for making the articles more accurate. Cheers....
