[Symptoms] Error Message - Help!

My machine must be at least 12, 13 years old. Today is the first time it has ever beeped and displayed an error message. I can't find my manual. I've unplugged from the outlet for two minutes. I've taken all of the components apart and put them back into place and still get the warning beeps and the error message.
Er-47 (which flashes).
My machine will not turn on. Any suggestions out there?

Occluded or restricted pressure tube ... Replace flow tube
Defective flow sensor ... Replace Main PCA
