News from my therapy

Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a good night of sleep.

Finally i was able to see my doctor and i asked him to raise my pressure from 7 to 8.
Like retired guy said, i did't need to go too much in detail and he was ok with it.

My avg ahi was around 2.00 with some long apnea episodes.

So he raised the pressure (and i only noticed this morning i lowered the cflex+ from 3 to 2)

My ahi for last night is 0.7
And i did't have any apneas at all. Only a couple hi's Dancing

Thanks everyone for the support

And (knock on wood) i hope it stays that way

The problem is that the Docs only see our data every 4 weeks, 3 months, or yearly.

We see our data every day if we wish and can easily monitor trends and make trials.
