Nights not so restful I want, one or more wake up...

Question
Nights not so restful I want, one or more wake up...
Hi,
Many years ago I was diagnos AHI = 18.
Value lowered less than 1 with Remstar CPAP but I never feel fantastic.

Recently, average AHI increase so my Dr ask me to try 4-6 APAP. My Remstar 365 was changed to 565 (auto)

Last 6 days my provider give me DreamStation Pro to try 5 CPAP.
After a short difficult adaptation time, AHI seems to be not better, my feelings not better too...

If you are going to used a fixed pressure cpap and not auto, I would set it at 6 going by the graph and see how that goes.
It would help of you show us the daily page with the charts.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

you're welcome. I still think 6 may be better and there seems to be some leaks that need fixing, the 'mask fit; link in my signature may help. The machine also may have a mask fit setting where it blows a high pressure to fit the mask, while you lay down.

I would lay the page out as suggested in links, scroll down to last picture. You will get more opinions when the data is there

I'm trying reduce leaks and increase pressure. AHI don't fall and I doesn't feel better during day. It would be not the right solution, isn't it ?
Thank's

Try increasing your pressure to 6cm. That should help eliminate your Hypopnee. Your leaks are terrible but you do want to try a get them down. You can try a chin strap or a soft cervical collar to help keep your jaw closed.

Julien, That was my mistake. I was typing too fast and left out an important word. It should have said your leaks are not terrible.
