No Supported data
Hi!

This qns is really noob but trust me really tried but still fail to get OSCAR to read my data files.
What I had done as follows:

1) Copied the data files from SD Card to HD:
00000000.APE
00000000.APF

2) Within OSCAR, i choose to Import the folder which contains the 02 data files.

3) Error message below:
No supported data was found
D:/The folder I had chosen

May I know what am I doing wrong? Gosh everyone is doing it so simply and I cant even get the very 1st step right.
Fyi I am using Apex XT Auto Cpap machine. SD card was inserted into the cpap and it auto copies onto the SD Card.

Please help!!

Regards,
Desperate Charge

RE: No Supported data
Hi Charge,
Although it's disappointing that your Apex is not currently supported by OSCAR, we do have other software available for the Apex in the Private Files and Links Forum.

I'll add that OSCAR is always looking for developers willing and capable of adding new machines to OSCAR. Post here or PM me if this interests any of you.

Thank you soo much all for the prompt response!!

However, it seems like the download links provided for APEX Easy Compliance software isnt working. The PDF Manual link is working though.

Is because the file has been removed from the Sleepyfiles.com hosting site? And is there an alternate download link?

TIA!!!

Could have been simply a bad connection between you and the Apnea Board server at the time.  It's working fine now:

If it's still not working for you, check your browser and/or virus protection settings, these are either .exe or .msi files, which could be blocked by some overly zealous browser virus protection.  You'll need to whitelist the SleepFiles.com domain in your browser settings if that's the case.  Each browser has a different method for doing that.
