Nick is correct. My doctor has NO ISSUE with me adjusting the machine. Nick is right on. My problem is I fall asleep FAST. So if I start at 4 I will feel like I'm suffocating and won't be able to fall asleep so I need the higher start pressure versus the slow ramp up. Thanks all.
