Nose tickling under the mask

Nose tickling under the mask
Hi All,

Some of you are probably familiar with that little smurf coming at night with his little fluffy feather, tickling your nose under the mask. Well, I managed to reduce the instances of tickling by :

1. Wiping the inside of the mask with Alcohol every evening.
2. Avoiding coffee as much as possible.
3. Trimming nasal hair.
4. Most important for me... Adding a little spoiler inside my full face mask to deflect direct air tickling my nose. This one managed to reduce the amount of tickles really dramatically.

However, I do wake up about once a night due to nose tickles. Any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for your post!
I have some minor food allergies. My nose tickles...so I watch what I eat. (Laughing at myself....went home and had lunch. Back at work, with surgical mask on. Caught myself scratching my nose through my mask. Last thing I should be doing! I've washed my hands...)
