Apria says you can swap a mask one time but I never could get them to swap mine. I haven't ever had a DME that would swap mine more than one time and some won't even do it one time. Apria won't even let you try them on. They show what they have to you and you choose one to try. At least the Apria in my area operates this way. So, recently I changed to another DME because I had a hard time getting my supplies and my insurance was billed for supplies I did not get or that Apria ordered wrong. Plus, they will not ship out supplies unless you pay for them first and with all the mistakes that are made, I am not going to operate that way. That said, so far I am happy with my new DME and RT.
