Not seeing any information on Dreammapper

Not seeing any information on Dreammapper
I have a Philips ASV machine. I registered on the Dreammapper.com website and understood, from my therapist, that I would be able to see data on my sleep. However, nothing appears after two days. Any ideas as to why? It approved the serial machine on my machine.

I've been using it a little while with no problem, but it wont connect for me since Friday. I wonder if the site/app is down? Waiting to see what happens tomorrow

RE: Not seeing any information on Dreammapper
Thanks. I signed up Friday morning so I expected to see results from Saturday night at the least.

Question, do you use the Bluetooth feature to upload results to your smart phone? I will typically do that first thing in the morning with no issues. I also just checked DreamMapper online and all of my results are there too. If you've never seen any results yet you may need to uninstall/reinstall the app/software. You should have been able to see your numbers for all the nights you've used your machine after you installed originally.

I just received an email from dreammapper support. They apologized and said the IOS feature should be back to functional at 5:00EST today.

Are you using a modem, WiFi modem or bluetooth to upload your data to the DreamMapper server? If you are using bluetooth, the data is only uploaded when you open the DreamMapper device on your mobile device.

A computer can be used to upload your data from your sd card using the DreamMapper Data Card Uploader. You have to either remove the card from the CPAP machine and put it in the sd card reader on your computer or upload the data from your CPAP machine using a FlashAir WiFi sd card.

You can find more information on connecting to the server by logging into mydreammapper.com and going to the Data Connection tab in the settings.

I've had a problem with losing the bluetooth connection after random periods of time. Sometimes rebooting the CPAP machine and/or mobile device will resolve the problem. If rebooting doesn't work, re-pairing the devices is the only way I have found to re-establish the connection. The problem has become so frequent since I upgraded to ios 10 that I have stopped using DreamMapper and gone exclusively to SleepyHead.
