Number of session recorded in one night on RESMED S9
I am fairly new to your world, when I got my machine I asked what I should do if I got up in the middle of the night to answer the call of nature. I was told to shut the machine down. My question is say I go to bed at 2000 and wake up at 0030 turn the machine off, due my duty then turn the machine back on at 0035 and off at 0645, will it record both sessions?

Yes it will. The internal clock should be set to local time; and the new day starts at noon.
You'll see the two sessions with a "short" gap between the two. Admin Note:

Hi pfitztvl,
WELCOME! to the forum.! I usually turn my machine off when I have to get up, because if I'm not mistaken, if you leave it on while you are answering nature's call, it can look like a very large leak so it's good to turn your machine off. Hang in there for more answers to your question and best of luck to you with your CPAP therapy.
