Thanks, everyone. Much appreciate the input. Lots of little symptoms potentially coming together under this OSA dx: weight gain, gout, irritability, less mental focus, insomnia. So, the systems analogy is a good one.

Yet it’s really hard for a 44 year old to admit that your system is out of sync, maybe damaged from years of exploitation, too less care, etc. :-) one step at a time! I totally agree :-)
