OSCAR
Hi everyone

I don’t run Oscar yet. Can it tell you when you are on your back ?

My numbers were great Wed night under 5 and then last night they were 8.9 on the Mapper app. I woke up on my back. I’ve noticed when I allow myself to sleep on my back the numbers double. I understand physically why that happens. It’s sometimes hard to avoid that, but surprisingly I believe I am aware when I turn over , that I stay on my side. Last night I just wasn’t aware I guess.
I just wanted to know if Oscar can interpret that. My ENT gave me a read out of my initial sleep study and it pointed out all the positions I was in and my numbers on those positions.

No it's not possible for OSCAR to tell time on back or side. Your CPAP doesn't report it, so OSCAR can't report. It would take the sensor setup that makes up the sleep study or titration in lab.
