Hi Insopita, could you please also try to use OSCAR's menu command instead of pressing the F12 key to take a screenshot? It can be found under "View" -> "Take Screenshot".

GuyScharf,  I have followed your instructions and the results are in ...  I now have screenshots working properly!!!!

Was the problem due to my set-up or was it in the software?

Also, should I begin a new thread on the Main Board now that I can post data, or should I continue with the old thread?

Please continue to use the version that GuyScharf sent you until we release an updated version, and start a new thread to discuss your results.

Probably some combination of your setup and the software.

Thank you for trying that out. I though that maybe some other application on your computer tried to reserve F12 for its purpose, which would collide with OSCAR's use.
