Advice on Random spikes in AHI/Waking up

I have been struggling with getting good sleep even with having a pretty low AHI, and saw from OSCAR that I am having random Variable breathing pretty consistently around 5-6 hours after I go to sleep. Just looking for any ways to deal with this problem, Ive been doing better since I switched to auto but I haven't gotten 8 hours of sleep uninterrupted in quite a while
