OSCAR Report Analysis Help? How am I doing

OSCAR Report Analysis Help? How am I doing
From my layman point of view my CPAP seems to be working amazingly well? But I am no expert here. Can anyone take a look at my last weeks reports and let me know if these look good and if there is anything concerning? I notice my AHI is down from like 1.5 to like .5 ...is that kind of improvement normal?

Any advice on how to read my reports and things to keep an eye out would be great. My doctor seems to be MIA on my treatment so IM all I got (asside from ya'll )

I was looking at your profile and expected to see a Dreamstation, but you are indeed getting excellent therapy from your Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset at 7-10 pressure and EPR 3. If you would like to update your profile information, follow this link http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/usercp.php

I think a slightly higher minimum pressure at 8.0 or 9.0 is in order to reduce some pressure fluctuation, however use what is comfortable as your results are very good.

Sleeprider is one of the very best on site. I would give a couple suggestion, not on therapy but on showing your information.

You need to put your event chart on the top. Use your F12 button to take the screenshot and post using the button on the bottom of the area you are writing.

I can not see what you have your ramp set at but if you can turn it off. If you get up once or twice during the night you use the ramp each time. WHEN YOU USE RAMP YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANY THERAPY. so you can have an hour or more where it is like you are not using your machine. Most if not all of us do not use ramp for this reason. Just turn it off.

Last keep an eye on your flow limits. FL are small apnea but they do cut down your air flow and can cause sleep disruption even when your AHI is at 0. There are settings that can help if they become a problem.

Great job on everything.

Can you give me an example of how to setup my chart/ I am happy to edit. I do use F12 to save the screen.

I turned ramp off as you all suggested, when i first got it.

To set up your OSCAR charts, go to View > Reset Graphs > Standard. That should arrange them in the proper order.
