Any suggestions? Is this a known bug? For now, I need to stick with SH.

OSCAR and Airsense 10 Autoset
Not sure if this is a known bug or not. I have a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset whose data/graphs display perfectly fine with SH 1.0 and 1.1 software as well as ResScan. But when I install OSCAR and migrate existing SH data, OSCAR complains that it is a brick device. Same if I install OSCAR without migrating existing SH data, instead importing from SD card --> still can't display detailed data/graphs.
Any suggestions? Is this a known bug? For now, I need to stick with SH. Gary

I've never heard of this happening, nor do I know why it might be happening. It's the same code in OSCAR as it was in SH. Lots of people use the Airsense 10 Autoset (including me) and OSCAR works fine. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling OSCAR? Would you be able to make and share with us a zip file of your SD card? If so, I'll send you a link of where you can upload it for me to look at. What computer and operating system do you use?
The current version of OSCAR is 1.2.0. We recommend upgrading from any earlier version.

RE: OSCAR and Airsense 10 Autoset
Hi Guy,
Certainly, I can zip the current contents of my SD card. Just let me know where to upload. I run both SH and ResScan on a Windows 7 x64 virtual machine under VMware Workstation. I agree, I find it really strange that I have no issues with SH, but I do with OSCAR which is based on SH 1.1. Gary

Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of OSCAR? You might try the other version in case VMWare is doing something weird with translating the physical hardware to virtual. What is the native OS? We do have native versions of OSCAR for several other OS. We had one person with problems running OSCAR in some kind of VM on MacOs, but the MacOS version of OSCAR worked fine for him.

Your SD card worked fine here. I created a new profile, imported the CD card, and saw the usual Daily data -- no report of it being a brick.
As to why SH works but OSCAR does not, about the only difference I can think of between them is they use a different version of the underlying QT development system.

RE: OSCAR and Airsense 10 Autoset
I figured it out. My issue. I had 2 GB of virtual disk space left before the installation, but that wasn't enough to support the migration of existing SH data or the import of data on the SD card. Unfortunately, OSCAR didn't issue any warnings of low disk space during the migration or import, so I assumed all went okay. But the resulting OSCAR data was left in a corrupt state.

I'll log that as an issue. Thanks for letting us know what it was, and I hope OSCAR works ok for you now.
