Lock SD card when importing into OSCAR?

Some SD cards show a little picture of a lock corresponding to having the slide switch in the local position, plus a picture of an unlocked lock to denote the slide switch position of being unlocked. Some cards may not have these little tiny pictures. Mine happens to have them, which was pure dumb luck.

Ah yes, so easy when they use those little pictures of a locked & unlocked 'padlock'    No confusion that way.


Another related point of confusion..  It is frequently said that you must 'lock' an SDcard from a Resmed S9 when using it in Oscar, but that is only true if using Oscar under MS Windows.     Yet another reason to use Linux ?

Airboss - My suggestion is to read the wiki -- cover to cover. Look in the wide black band at the top of the page, and you will see a section called "wiki." It is definitely worth the effort.
