OSCAR not reading latest SD card data

OSCAR not reading latest SD card data
I have just downloaded card data but it only goes as far as 3 December.

I cannot see any reason for this. The card is showing up as a drive under "This PC" in Windows 10. I tried reinserting the card a couple of days ago in case it had come loose, but it has not helped.

Does anyone have any suggestions for remedying this?

EDIT: I am running the latest version of OSCAR.

I just successfully read data right up to today using Encore basic, so it seems the issue is indeed with OSCAR.

Could you upload your SD card so we can try to reproduce the problem? Use Help/Troubleshooting/Create zip file of SD card. Then upload the zip tile to my dropbox folder.

Thanks.

RE: OSCAR not reading latest SD card data
It looks to me like data from Dec 4 to part of Dec 16 is missing but that it is working again after the 16th. Does it seem to be working again after the 16th for you?

I also had an error trying to unzip one of the data files. I wonder if your SD card might have become corrupted?

I also see that you had a message saying that your machine was producing data OSCAR had not seen before. I've passed this on to our PRS developer, and also asked him about the missing data issue.

RE: OSCAR not reading latest SD card data
I got the error message again about not recognising data, but I am happy to say that the data is now up-to-date for the whole of December. So something that was not working before is now working.

Thanks very much for your help. If I have any further problems I'll let you know.

RE: OSCAR not reading latest SD card data
Thank you for the sample data.

OSCAR was importing your data correctly, we just hadn't seen a breath rate as low as 8, a few novel humidifier settings, and OA events on this particular model.

The next version won't fuss about these variants, and the current version shouldn't fuss about them again either.

I'm guessing you didn't have your SD card inserted between December 4 and 24. On the 24th, you put the card back in and your BiPAP recorded what it remembered from the intervening days, which was basic stats for each day, and detail for December 17 through 24.
