OSCAR report formatting problem

OSCAR report formatting problem
I have used SleepyHead for years and just converted to OSCAR after getting a new APAP. When printing my first report with OSCAR I ran into a problem printing the Standard & Monthly CPAP Statistics reports. In SleepyHead these printed on two pages each with very readable sized text (CPAP Statistics on page 1 and Changes to Prescription Settings and Machine Information on page 2). Now each report is squeezed down to a single page with very small text, one page for Standard and one for Monthly. I haven't been able to find any preferences or other ways to change this. Does anyone know if this can be changed or is this the only way to print those reports with OSCAR.

Also, my profile on the Apnea Board shows my old machine & mask. I don't see a way to edit that. Is it possible to edit it?
Thanks, Joe

Select UserCP located in the upper right of the webpage.  Look in the lower left Menu->Profile->Edit Profile.

Printing of the statistics report has been fixed for the next version of Oscar now in development and it will use multiple pages as necessary.

RE: OSCAR report formatting problem
Got it. I made the changes on the web. When I switched from SleepyHead to OSCAR I didn't set up a new profile. My data was converted to my existing profile for the old machine and new data was imported into the old profile. I don't see a way to change the machine data there. If I set up a profile for the new machine is there a way to bring the old data into the new profile?

Thanks,
Joe

RE: OSCAR report formatting problem
Joe, if your data is spread between two profiles, you can combine them by copying the information from the old profile and pasting it into the the OSCAR_Data directory. For Windows, this is usually in your Documents folder. Look how the data is organized. You will see under your profile name is a machine profile (Resmed_########). That folder is specific to your new machine, but you can add other machine profiles under your profile name. Just paste the entire machine profile folder with all files and subfolders into your current profile name.

You can have separate profiles for each machine, or combine them under your profile.

RE: OSCAR report formatting problem
I have 3 profiles as I have had a couple of loaner machines over the years. I copied those profile folders themselves with all of their contents into the ResMed ####(new machine) folder but I could still only see the new machine data. I started over and copied the 3 other Machine #### folders from the Joe folder (latest to be used before adding the new machine) into the profile folder for the current machine (Joe Sobel) but I still only show the one-month data. In each case, I restarted OSCAR, selected the Joe Sobel profile and opened it. I must be doing something wrong or I've misunderstood your instructions. Attached is a screenshot of the OSCAR data directory. Can you tell where I've gone wrong? Thanks, Joe
