I have this same problem, only in my case the SleepyHead and SPO2 Assistant data are much further out of sync. I'll end up with what looks like a 20-hour sleeping session that was actually only 8, and the Sleepyhead data compressed into the first 8 hours of it. I'm using a CMS50F with version 3.8. I'd add a photo to this comment if I could figure out how...
