Software usage

Hi all, Although I've been using a BIPAP for over a year or so, I have only recently started to dig a little deeper in detail into what's going on with my condition. I see numerous software programs mentioned. It appears that OSCAR seems to be the most widely used. Can someone give me a little insight into obtaining and using it?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
