Bigtonio, there is a tremendous amount of information on adaptive servo ventilation on the internet. I think you need to become as educated as possible about that topic so you can challenge your doctor to match your knowledge. Your symptoms are a textbook case for ASV, and instead of treating the hypoxia caused by apnea, you could simply treat the apnea with an effective device. It frees you from debilitating sleep disturbance and the need to lug around an oxygen concentrator, when a simple auto ASV would work and give you back your life and feeling of health.
