Good morning,

Does anyone know why Oscar would only have just over 2 hours of data when I had my machine on for 6 1/2 hours? I really wanted to see the early morning data but it is not there.

It's possible that a session is turned off. Check at the bottom left side column under the statistics.

Click on the yellow bar to see if any other sessions show up.

Could you post a screenshot of the entire daily page? Thanks!

Was the card in the CPAP for all sessions?  Did you import this session prior to completing the night's sleep?  If so, Purge the current day and reimport your data.  Also, for screenshots try the F12 key.  If it doesn't work, try holding down the fn key when pressing it.  The last resort is to select View ⇾ Take Screenshot.

I pulled out the card right when I got up at about 7. But I was off the machine at 6:30 when I had a mask leak that I could resolve. The card was uploaded 3 days ago and then was in the machine since then. I only uploaded the three nights this morning and the other days look fine.

Oh, and the "All Sessions Off" happened when I hit the yellow bar.

I have a Mac, so I am not sure the screenshot suggestions will work. What is wrong with the ones I posted?

Another thought; Do you have the Smart Start option turned on? For some reason I've experienced reporting problems while using this option on the A10 series.

Your machine is only showing data up until 3:09. Do you remember waking at that time and possibly going back to sleep without your mask? This has happened to many folk, so it wouldn't be unusual.

As Crimson Nape states, try purging the day and then reimport the data from the SD card.

I think Smart Start is on. But I haven't had an issue before.

I definitely had my mask on until 6:30 am. I woke up then because I had a leak that I couldn't get under control. But my RedMed is saying 6 1/2 hours.
